I'm interested in having treatment

Will it hurt?

Semi-permanent treatments involve some discomfort, although pain and discomfort are relative and vary from person to person. Our technicians will take all necessary precautions (including the use of topical anaesthetic) to reduce discomfort to the bare minimum. We normally advice customers who are particularly sensitive to pain to take an over-the-counter painkiller before or after treatment.

Is the procedure safe?

All our treatments are carried out by qualified technicians, who have been trained to comply with health and safety standards.

What happens after treatment?

The area treated may feel sensitive and you may experience some swelling. These symptoms usually go away on their own in a few days. You can also expect some light scabbing while pigment comes to the surface of the skin. For best results, make sure you follow all after care instructions.

How soon can I get back to work?

This depends on the type of work you do. If your job exposes you to humid, or extremely cold or hot temperatures, you should wait until the area has healed.

How long does treatment take?

Semi-permanent makeup treatments take an average of 2 hours, but may take shorter or longer depending on the area treated.

How long will it take to see results?

This depends on the specific treatment and your skin type. You will be advised by a technician during consultation, but in most cases final results are visible in 7 to 14 days.

Can I drive after treatment?

You can in most cases, except after having an eyeliner or lash enhancement treatment.

How soon after treatment can I wear makeup?

To prevent infection, we generally recommend that you avoid wearing makeup for at least 3 days post-treatment, or 1 week if you have had an eyeliner / lash treatment.

Who is a good candidate for semi-permanent makeup?

People who want to enhance the appearance of their eyebrows, lips, or eyelashes, who have lost eyebrow hair, who are visually impaired, or have difficulties applying makeup.

How long will the results last?

Results last between 1 and 3 years, depending on skin type, treatment chosen, and your lifestyle.
